U-craft Server Rules & Management Regulations

Preface:

1. These regulations apply only to the following servers:

2. The final interpretation right of these regulations belongs to the U-craft server owner (hereinafter referred to as "Server Owner" or "Admin" or "Official").

3. Within the legal scope, the server owner has the right to modify these regulations, and partners have partial modification rights. We reserve the right to change any content of these regulations at any time and post them in the official group chat or in-game without further notice. You have the right to continue accepting updates to the U-craft management regulations or choose to opt out.

U-craft Management Regulations V1.6.7 (Effective from January 30, 2024)

1. Entering the server signifies your compliance with these regulations.

2. Server Rules:

• No killing, arson, harassment, or looting.
• No bombing or dismantling of others' facilities. Dismantling must be reported to the admin.
• No spawn killing of newcomers unless PVP has been mutually agreed upon in advance.
• Members are prohibited from using cheating software/illegal items without the owner's consent.
• No poaching players or advertising other servers. Discussion of other servers is generally prohibited. You may discuss the following servers in U-craft groups: 花雨庭, 布吉岛, 梦世界, Hypixel, 2b2t, JunCraft (FGA).
• No insulting others' relatives or leaking others' private information inside or outside the server. Violators will be permanently banned!
• No impersonating server management (such as admin, partner, moderator, etc.). Intentional violators will be banned for one month (30 days) and unbanned after adjustment!
• Upon entering the U-craft server, you have the right to place and break blocks in areas where the server allows, but you may not arbitrarily destroy others' buildings, machines, etc.
• If the legitimate rights and interests of U-craft players are infringed upon, please report to U-craft officials to apply for compensation (game resources/currency, etc.).
• If a cheating player promotes hacks, mods, or any other software or plugins that violate the Cybersecurity Law (such as "X-Ray", "Kill Aura", etc.), do not accept them. Once you accept, even if you do not use them and regardless of your explanation, we will publicly announce and blacklist you server-wide!
• The server management has no obligation to compensate for any virtual material losses caused by player disputes, unless the player is a cheater. International Edition server players can apply for compensation if items are lost due to server clear or crash, with only one chance.
• In U-craft, if someone engages in unauthorized advertising, it should be reported to the server owner for banning, as only partners may conduct appropriate advertising within the server.
• Any form of unreasonable pestering of management is prohibited.

U-craft International Bedrock Edition Additional Rules

• Zombie Piglin Farm Rules: A single zombie piglin farm machine must not exceed 2 slices, and no more than 3 slices may be running simultaneously. Otherwise, it must be reported and ensured not to be used when the number of players exceeds [8-n] (n refers to the number of farm slices), otherwise it will be considered meaningless high-frequency redstone. Farms with no more than 2 slices can run at any time, but nevertheless, you may not operate a zombie piglin farm when the server TPS is below 6.0.
• Sand Duper Rules: The maximum allowed sand duper size is 1x6=6 sand positions. Exceeding this will result in a warning and suspension (as sand dupers severely impact server performance). Sand dupers are only allowed for sand duplication and are strictly prohibited for other purposes (such as item duplication, dragon egg duplication, anvil duplication). Violators will have gains confiscated and be penalized accordingly.
• Other Redstone Rules: No meaningless high-frequency redstone (criteria: total redstone-related block count > 10). First violation results in a warning + 30-day ban from using related redstone blocks. Second violation results in a permanent ban. Retaliatory bans will result in IP ban.

3. Upon entering the U-craft server, you have the right to place and break blocks, attack mobs, and enjoy almost all vanilla gameplay mechanics, but you may not arbitrarily destroy others' buildings, machines, etc.

5. The server owner has full control over U-craft. U-craft server partners and administrators authorized by the U-craft server owner have partial control (such as using cheat commands, etc.).

6. In-game Terminology Definitions: ① Permanent (except permanent ban): Refers to items you can keep until server shutdown. ② Limited: Refers to items obtained through special methods or events. ③ Discontinued: Refers to items that will not be distributed in large quantities again (may be reissued later but total quantity less than 1% of total registered users).

7. U-craft Server ID: 99667799 (NetEase Minecraft Rental Server) authorized players may legally obtain and possess blocks, items, etc. (that are unobtainable in Minecraft Survival Mode). Under current standards, the legally possessable blocks and items are: Bedrock, Barrier, Nether Portal.

8. U-craft Server ID: 4631649 (NetEase Minecraft Rental Server) authorized players may legally obtain and possess blocks, items, etc. (that are unobtainable in Minecraft Survival Mode). Under current standards, the legally possessable blocks and items are: N/A (specific arrangements under the responsibility of China Edition acting server owner "诚恳的阿婆输").

9. U-craft servers strictly prohibit players and administrators from cheating in any form without the server owner's permission (using hacks or other behaviors violating the Cybersecurity Law).

10. U-craft Server Penalty Regulations: Penalties are based on severity and number of occurrences. You may be penalized for violating any prohibited content stipulated in the management regulations or for unregulated but egregious behavior. Stipulated penalties include (but are not limited to): Violators of Server Rules 1/2/4/6/7/8/13 will be banned for a minimum of 1 day, with no upper limit. Violators of Server Rules 5/10 will be banned for 30 days or more, with no upper limit. [Permanent ban in these regulations refers to a ban duration of 365 days to infinite days.]

11. Blacklist Appeal: If you are blacklisted (banned) without having violated any rules, please submit [valid and convincing evidence] to appeal. Each person has only 2 appeal opportunities per year [successful appeals do not consume an opportunity]. Exceeding this number will be treated as unreasonable pestering and penalized accordingly.

12. Server Player Promotion Regulations:

1. Server Regular Member Scoring System BETA [China Edition Only]:
   1. Member scores must not fall below -6 points, otherwise ban~
   2. Members who reach 20 points can serve as [Creative Mode (no management power)] players and have the opportunity to become U-craft administrators!
   3. Member scoring does not contradict server regulations.
   4. Member scoring does not apply to the server owner and partners.
   5. Scoring Standards:
      • Score Increase:
        • Creating outstanding buildings for the server: 4-10 points at discretion.
        • Sanctioning 1 hacker/cheater: 4-8 points at discretion.
        • Providing good ideas and suggestions: 1-5 points.
        • Reporting bugs: 3-10 points depending on bug severity.
      • Score Decrease:
        • Creating harmful high-frequency redstone without serious consequences: -1 to -3 points. With serious consequences: -4 to -6 points.

Currently, U-craft China Edition and International Bedrock Edition LLBDS servers are non-profit servers. Paid sponsorship is not provided, but donations are still welcome.

*Non-profit: The China Edition server complies with the rental server agreement. The International Bedrock Edition server complies with the public welfare definition in MOJANG's official BDS EULA, which does not necessarily align with definitions from other non-MOJANG entities. There may be some discrepancies, but it absolutely does not violate any applicable regulations.

15. If you discover any player/administrator on the server violating the above regulations, please report it via email/QQ/official group/channel report section. If the report is verified and penalized, we will reward the reporter as appropriate.
